Yep, that law is in almost every state I believe

Seeing as this happened in Virginia, I’m guessing that the man was Democrat Gov. Ralph Northam. He probably put on blackface, then donned a Klan outfit. Ralph sure does have a wacky sense of humor.

What a movie...they made fun of all races including whites, and trotted out every stereotype they could think of...
It just made the humor all that much funnier and more cutting.
