Actually there is a smoking gun and we’ve established it and you have agreed.
Look up the definition of “hoax” in the dictionary. If you say this is not a hoax, you are using the word in a way other than it is used in the English language.
“Hoax, n: An act intended to deceive or trick.”
Hoax is already confessed the moment he admitted he staged the photo of his car.
Only way to maintain it is not a hoax is to play Humpty Dumpty and decide words mean only what you want them to mean.
With Jussie Smollett, you have his two accomplices confirming it was a hoax, and is considered a true smoking gun. Had they never flipped we would have had no confirmation, only suspicions.
Here we have evidence that strongly points to a hoax, but we lack any confirmation. What we perceive to be smoking guns, may not be what they appear to be. Again, because we have no confirmation that proves he actually concocted and carried out an act with the intention to deceive. So no, it is not a smoking gun, but it does give rise to the possibility of a hoax. So far all we have are strong suspicions, only. No smoking guns.
He took a staged picture and didn’t reveal it was staged until caught.
That’s a hoax. Full stop.
The only open question is how much of the rest is also hoax, which I presume to be 100% and you are giving 50/50 odds on.
But the existence of *a* hoax here is undeniable.
His parents house is in, oh, lets say Fairfax Station, Virginia. Why and how would the bad guy track Sakran to his parents' house to place the paper? How did he know Sakran was going to be there? Did he follow him to his parents' house? Did he carry the paper around waiting for a chance to place it on the car?
Wouldn't it be easier just to mail it to him? Not that hard to get away with it.
Also, the 17th, 18th, 19th, and 20th that weekend had numerous periods of winds in the 25 to 40 mi/h range. (wunderground.com weather site history at Dulles airport, about 15 miles away). Also there were periods of rain, but not every day the whole weekend. The last time it rained was about 5 am on Sunday the 19th.
With the weekend and Monday being windy, I would expect the paper would be wrinkled much more than it showed in the pictures. If it were placed earlier, it should show evidence of being wet at some time.
Yeah we both agree that it appears there is a good chance it may a hoax, but you also have to admit, that as of this point in time we have no definitive proof that it is. Since he never took it to the cops, we probably never will. If you believe in your heart of hearts that it is a hoax, then that should be good enough for you. However, do not get the impression that you are automatic correct. Because neither of us know for certain, beyond the shadow of a doubt. The fact that he is anti-gun, and has been for sometime, helps you conclude it is a hoax. I doubt very seriously though if he carries much sway in the big scheme of things when it comes to gun confiscation. In other words, its the politicians that are the enemies. This doctor is just a supporter of these politicians that are all too willing to use their political power coupled with the use of force to enact it. But even they will be surprised when they try to do so. The Supreme Court would most likely stop them, and if not the citizens will. So deciding whether this is a hoax or not a hoax is of little consequence, in reality.
” printers put out an invisible-to-the-naked-eye ID code on printouts that positively identify the printer used.”
Do you know if HP1012 B&W laser printers do that?
/asking for a friend.... ( : >)
all laser printers, you can presume yes
we can’t confirm because this info is a national security secret
ok, thx!
(saving old newspapers... LOL)
Update. His story has changed again, and the changed story is already exposed as another lie.

His story is a hoax, because his facts are in direct dispute. He finally did himself in. 8>)
Keep watching this situation develop, I bet it’s going to get a lot sadder and funnier. People who panic having gotten caught do the strangest things.
Thank you!
