There’s more too, the more one looks at it the more ridiculous the claim.
Pic is taken inside his garage. Yet he mentions nothing about having the garage broken into.
Failure to file police report and despoiling the crime scene by handling the alleged evidence himself are two major red flags.
What’s going to happen if the police get their hands on this is that they’re going to ID the printer from the printout (there’s a hidden identifier code that’s printed on every printout) and he’d go to jail for the false report. Hence no report.

This is pure information warfare. If you read all of the responses on the twitter feed, look at the shear number of people posting in support of him with absolutely no need to confirm whether or not the event is true. Those people are the useful idiots that the Soviets used to control an entire society.

I see no convincing proof that this is a hoax. Then again I am not reading tons of tweets to see if I can find the golden tweet that does provide that proof.
Still doesn’t rise to the level of confirmation, at least to me. Not saying this is real or a hoax, because there is not enough evidence for me to make a determination beyond the shadow of a doubt. But if it is a hoax, it wouldn’t surprise me in the least.

Yep, saw that. But do we know that the garage was actually secure? One would think so, but it still remains a question thus far unanswered. Like I said it wouldn’t surprise me if it were a hoax, but I can’t confirm that. I can formulate a conclusion, but my testimony would not hold up in a court as credible and reliable evidence.
He’s now admitted to the Baltimore Sun that the windshield photo was faked and taken after the other photo. Says he put it back on the windshield to take the photo.
Which means that he illegally spoliated a crime scene, if a crime indeed occurred as he alleges.
Probably going to continue to get worse for him as it’s not 24h and his story is falling apart.

Are you kidding? The person who planted broke into this guy's garage to plant the note? It is clearly in a garage that has a hatch for a pull-down ladder. See the rope and handle? The angle of the windshield makes the reflection look horizontal.
Also, there were no wrinkles on the paper 'after' the 'victim' found it, but it was wrinkled while under the wiper.

Depending on what he used to take the photos there could be time stamps on the photos.
Bigger problem he will have if there’s any forensic investigation is that printers put out an invisible-to-the-naked-eye ID code on printouts that positively identify the printer used.
What do you think the odds are that it will trace to his own printer?
