Are people contagious before or after the onset of symptoms? What is the duration of the illness? I haven’t seen these questions answered so far. Just the 2 week incubation period.

Btw, there is something about Sambucol that can cause a cytokine storm but don’t remember the details. It was controversial with claims it can make it worse and others that it can’t make it worse.

I don’t use it for that reason since I have seen what a cytokine storm can do to you and dont want to chance it.
