(KUTV) A woman in Davis County faces a long list of potential criminal charges after a chase through three cities ended with her arrest Monday afternoon.
According to a jail document released overnight, Sarah Garcia, 39, had a knife in her hand when she was tackled and arrested by a Bountiful police officer.
Garcia is being held on suspicion of at least 15 criminal charges,(snip)
According to court documents, Garcia fled from a Woods Cross Police officer who was investigating a dumpster diver behind an IHOP around 3:00 p.m. Monday. Garcia got in her car and sped off(snip)
A short time later, another officer saw Garcias white Dodge Durango getting on I-15 southbound and attempted to pull her over. Garcia fled from the officer and the chase wound through North Salt Lake, Woods Cross, and eventually into Bountiful City.
The suspect went down a dead end industrial road where two Woods Cross police K9 trucks were roughly 10-15 feet away from the suspect vehicle in an attempt to box the suspect in to end the pursuit. The suspect deliberately pointed her vehicle at both K9 trucks striking them head on then continuing Northbound.(snip)
A North Salt Lake Police officer was able to get spike strips in front of Garcias vehicle and she eventually crashed into another car with a mother and a child in it at 1875 South 400 West in Bountiful.(snip)
After her arrest, officers say they located drugs and large knives in Garcias car.
The suspect showed no regard whatsoever for public safety or law enforcement. The suspect struck a total of four police vehicles in a blatant manner sending one officer to the hospital,(snip)
The officer who was hospitalized is expected to recover(snip)
Seven of the charges that Garcia is being held on are felonies.

Not sure. Trannie?
Warrants, drugs, and knives. Sounds like a Zevon song.
Meth face?
Sad.
Garcia??
She may be the elusive “white hispanic” the media has been looking for since the Trayvon Martin incident!
Plenty of Meth dots on her face. Would Laz hit it?
Is dumpster diving illegal?
I got cauuuuuuuuught.
I think it best if the journalist left personal descriptions of the police officer out of the article...
All rolled into one.
Utah?
At least it wasn’t “vast tracts of land” officer.
Guilty.
