I disagree. This wasn't a spur of the moment spurn of Pelosi.

Neither the President nor the Vice President knew Pelosi was going to introduce the President as she did ... so they couldn't have coordinated the no handshake.

And, coordinate they did. See: Bogus Impeachment for the reason.

I don't know what point you're trying to make here .. but there was no way Pence was alerted that Pelosi was going to rip up the speech.

He'd been ignoring her all night. Great peripheral vision aside, Pence was certainly not going to turn his attention and the spotlight to her tantrum and diminish the President's finale.

Give Pence some credit for terrific political instincts here.
