VANITY: Impeachment Delay - Why?
01/18/2020 | Self

Just my two cents, but I think the impeachment delay tactic was necessary to support the premise of the case - Motive, not about anything else like Pens, or fear. As we've been told by the mainstream media "narrative", Trumps actions were not about trying to get truth about the illegal doings in Ukraine and its role in the Russia hoax, but about digging up dirt on Trump's rival.

Since there has been no Democrat candidate selected, two things need to happen prior to the formal impeachment hearings to begin. One, Joe Biden needs to be named the DNC candidate, which must wait until the soon upcoming Iowa caucus, which is February 3rd (DELAY). Two, Joe Bidens rivals, Warren and Sanders, need to be removed. This tactic was clearly evident at the last CNN debate, where prior to the debate, the MSM pushed the "he said that a woman could never be president" narrative, which created the perfect scenario to create an internal squabble, to be clandestinely exploited by the DNC via their mouthpiece CNN during the debates. Both Warren and Sanders pathetic display, along with the "loaded" questions fixed problem number two, with Joe Biden now clearly being the front-runner and most likely named candidate. Step one is almost upon us, and with the delay tactic, the timing will be perfect to support the motive for the "digging up dirt" narrative to support the sham impeachment case as it formally begins. Without Joe Biden being named the candidate, the motive of the case for the most part collapses, as there would be no need to dig up dirt on someone you are not running against.

Meaningless and over, no one cares. Trump is on trial next week and 17 Senators stand between him and removal. That’s the news. 3 traitors ready to vote for removal if they can get enough others to join them.

I expect Trump to win only because he’s too popular to remove.

The next investigation of Trump begins as soon as this one hopefully fails.

I had to twist my brain trying to understand what the OP was saying, and still didn’t get it.

The longer they play that game, the more they alienate folks that can be swayed. Meanwhile, the economy chugs along. The fight is always for the “undecideds” Eliminate the race and vagina cards, make it one white man against another, Biden with his record, and Trump with his, and the Dims are in s world of hurt. They know it, and are desperate. They probably win in 2024, but what DJT does to “their” judiciary in the meantime will take a generation to undo.

First off, the Democrat primary will not pick the candidate with just the Iowa caucus. It may end in a brokered convention even. The delay, pure and simple, was to create a perception in their base, and any others gullible enough to buy their act, that the Republicans are ignoring President Trump’s “crimes”. They are so used to controlling the republicans like their bitch, but times have changed and Mitch is not their bitch, this time around. 8>)

I think there were quite a number of reasons for Pelosi to hang onto the Articles of Impeachment. The mosaic of tactics all interplay to yield multiple benefits of the delay. Yes, the delayed pen order dictated some of the final timing. Pelosi is like the homemaker cooking a festival dinner for twelve -- everything has to come out at the same time, and you have to improvise when one item comes later than planned.

I'm going to be paying a bit of attention to the effect "sit down, shut up, no toys" in the Senate during the trial affects the Iowa caucus -- February 3 is just around the corner.

Actually the delay tactic by Nancy Pelosi was simply in order to obtain more “evidence” against the president and to secure new witnesses for the Senate trial.

This Schiff show in the Senate is for all the marbles. Until of course, next time when a new impeachment charge is presented.

I think the OP paid too much attention to the last CNN debate.

Meaningless.

I agree. Hindsight, maybe I should have also said “or positioning himself as the frontrunner”, as they have to support the motive. If Biden was not leading, the obvious question would be “then why would Trump not want to get dirt on his leading rivals, like Warren or Sanders”. Joe Has to be selected or be the frontrunner to support the pushed narrative, aka Motive, that Trump was digging dirt. Anything else would seem more trivial.

Well supposedly he was the front-runner. They are claiming that President Trump has caused other candidates to gain momentum as a result. Bottom line is: Democrats know they have nothing but losers running, and that none will come close to defeating President Trump. So they are attempting to dirty him as much as possible to see if they can peal back some support for him, and I already explained why they delayed the transmittal of the articles of impeachment to the Senate.

Desperation on their side is kind of fun to watch, but we must never become over confident or complacent as the Democrats are good at abusing the constitution for their ends, while claiming to be the only party that is for the constitution in the first place. In other words, as always, they blame their opponents for the acts they themselves commit. They can get away with it because the press covers for them with lies.

It gives an advantage to any demoncrat who is NOT a member of the Senate. Because all who are have to be in chambers and without their cell phone while the trial is in progress, so they can’t be campaigning.
