Q is the result of the sacrifices and commitment of countless patriots to win back our captured country from the Deep State and achieve the transformation President Trump promised in this campaign video. President Trump has said the awakening of the public is key to this transformation.
Q describes this awakening as follows:

When ‘non-dogmatic’ information becomes FREE & TRANSPARENT it becomes a threat to those who attempt to control the narrative and/or the stable.
When you are awake, you stand on the outside of the stable (‘group-think’ collective), and have ‘free thought’.
"Free thought" is a philosophical viewpoint which holds that positions regarding truth should be formed on the basis of logic, reason, and empiricism, rather than authority, tradition, revelation, or dogma.
When you are awake, you are able to clearly see.
The choice is yours, and yours alone.
Trust and put faith in yourself.
You are not alone and you are not in the minority.
Difficult truths will soon see the light of day.

Love that guy, but there is now way to 'shape' a FAE. That and while the Mean Area Effectiveness (MAE) of FAE is blast, there is no way to shape the blast wave either. Since the 'killing' is MAEB, there is no reason to enhance frags as there will be plenty if the target is a vehicle.

Susan Rice has been around on the national scene a lot longer that Obama. She was an aid to Dukakis in 1988, and an official of the Clinton administration. Her parents were very prominent academics.
Aside from being the pathological liar we came to despise following Benghazi, she is implicated as one of the main “Unmaskers” of Trump-related persons illegally spied upon by Obama. SHE IS STILL IN THE RUNNING TO BE THE FIRST PROMINENT OBAMA ADMINISTRATION ARRESTEE, though Brennan is the favorite in this race.
Susan Rice along with Samantha Power and HRC were also at the heart of the GREAT CRIME AGAINST LIBYA (genocidal proportions).

Do we know whether that was IRANIAN money, Frozen inside the US and available, or was it actually American tax payer money? So hard to believe it was our money that got away, although I am among the first to say Obama’s strategy was from the beginning to break America, by financial collapse.

It was our money. As I recall, it was doled out in multiple increments of $99,999,999.99, because the president couldn't legally authorize a single outlay of a hundred million.
