The way it works is a letter stands for another letter. For example: AXYDLBAAXR is LONGFELLOW (does not apply to today's cryptogram).
Beware, the game is very addictive. If this is your first time, don't be intimidated.

I had some trouble, but recognized NSQT NSQ. The first word is what you think it is at first glance, despite the relative scarcity of “B”’s.
Took about 90 seconds.
Under three minutes.
Do I get a wooden nickel?

1st word, 4th word, 6th word.
One small step at a time.
About 3 minutes. Didn’t recognize the author.
I should have recognized that first word instantly (slaps forehead).
Then you can’t visualize her hairdo. Count yourself lucky.
