I was being lazy not wanting to search if you already had.
When I pulled up the term in search the rules for various courts in the same state popped up. Then I realized she was asking for child support which is handled by family court and the issue has changed to his funding, taxes etc which are usually handled in circuit courts. Once a decision is made there she will go back to family court and get an adjustment consistent to his actual income. He a loser! He won’t be able to hide
