The Canadian Human Rights Commission was ordered to properly assess a discrimination complaint by a former employee of a major bank who claims his boss told him he had “no hope” for promotion unless he joined their “group” of gay and bisexual men.
He was told only males who were gay or bisexual were promoted in the office, he claims.
The commission had improperly dismissed the employee’s discrimination complaint based on sexual orientation, in this case for being straight, the Federal Court of Canada ruled.
A new investigation and reassessment was ordered.
Aaren Jagadeesh worked as a financial services representative for the Canadian Imperial Bank of Commerce in Toronto. He was repeatedly turned down for promotions.
At a one-on-one meeting with his manager on Sept. 15, 2015, Jagadeesh said he was told that every male manager in the office was gay or bisexual, and, unless he joined this “group” there was “no hope” for him, court heard.

This is how homosexuals operate... it is why the Catholic Church has had so much more issue with priests and children since the late 70s than before....
They started to allow openly gay men in, and like they always do, they started to accumulate power and trade sexual favors for power and privilege... and if one of them happened to be into kids too, which was far more likely than with straight men, then they would cover that up to to protect the rest.
You cannot have an organization that allows openly homosexual men into it, and NOT have this happen. It is human nature.. once you make sex and sexual favors part of the systems dynamic, this will ALWAYS happen.

If the victim were a woman and the boss, straight, informed her of the “way to be promoted around here” , she be world-wide celebrity victim.
It’s okay when homofascists demand you have sex with them and theirs to get a promotion.

And liberals support it.
They support discrimination to end discrimination.
That was the first thing I thought of when I read the name.
That’s wonderful because that points to equality under the law.
