Q is the result of the sacrifices and commitment of countless patriots to win back our captured country from the Deep State and achieve the transformation President Trump promised in this campaign video. President Trump has said the awakening of the public is key to this transformation.
Q describes this awakening as follows:

"Free thought" is a philosophical viewpoint which holds that positions regarding truth should be formed on the basis of logic, reason, and empiricism, rather than authority, tradition, revelation, or dogma.
When you are awake, you are able to clearly see.
The choice is yours, and yours alone.
Trust and put faith in yourself.
You are not alone and you are not in the minority.

It looks like she signaled “it’s time” to someone.
Judicial branch claims to be independent. It picks the judge. Venue is established by other rules, generally being the location of the crime or location of an actor.
Executive branch has no say, other than it can argue for recusal.
What bizarrity is that? Is it some kind of signal to someone out there? Seriously.

I’ve been setting up these scenarios for months.
As long as the RATs hold the House:
- Send 1 article of impeachment at a time to a Repub controlled Senate. They trial it. If not guilty, send the next article...wash\rinse repeat. Nothing stops them from doing it (See Al Green today)
To a RAT controlled Senate...
- Send 100 send articles over all at once (Alcee Hastings had, I think, 17 articles)
Now if the Senate doesn’t convict and the next election turns the House Repub - (there are no House Bill #s or Senate Bills #s attached -there was a House Resolution and a House Report for Pres. Clinton.)
- Do Articles of Impeachment survive the end of the 116th Congress ?
If so,
- Can a Repub House recall the Articles ?
- We better be sure to keep the senate

Does the Chief Justice not preside? Chief Justice William Rehnquist presided over Clinton. But I've heard (can't remember the reason) that perhaps Roberts would have to recuse.

I took the question as a general one, as in who picks the judge in “any trial.” Your question is addressed to one particular type of trial, that being an impeachment trial of the president in the senate.
The constitution directs that impeachment trial of the president will be presided by CJ of SCOTUS. There is no provision or wiggle room for recusal, but judges don’t follow the law or constitution anyway, so who knows.
