I’ve been setting up these scenarios for months.

As long as the RATs hold the House:
- Send 1 article of impeachment at a time to a Repub controlled Senate. They trial it. If not guilty, send the next article...wash\rinse repeat. Nothing stops them from doing it (See Al Green today)

To a RAT controlled Senate...
- Send 100 send articles over all at once (Alcee Hastings had, I think, 17 articles)

Now if the Senate doesn’t convict and the next election turns the House Repub - (there are no House Bill #s or Senate Bills #s attached -there was a House Resolution and a House Report for Pres. Clinton.)
- Do Articles of Impeachment survive the end of the 116th Congress ?

If so,
- Can a Repub House recall the Articles ?
- We better be sure to keep the senate

No. All business of Congress ends when that Congress is replaced by a new Congress chosen by the voters in an election.

Except the Senate can call BS and not consider them. This Dem strategy will only burn down the party further.
