Q is the result of the sacrifices and commitment of countless patriots to win back our captured country from the Deep State and achieve the transformation President Trump promised in this campaign video. President Trump has said the awakening of the public is key to this transformation.
Q describes this awakening as follows:

"Free thought" is a philosophical viewpoint which holds that positions regarding truth should be formed on the basis of logic, reason, and empiricism, rather than authority, tradition, revelation, or dogma.
When you are awake, you are able to clearly see.
The choice is yours, and yours alone.
Trust and put faith in yourself.

If they impeach PDJT then President Trump can call all the witnesses the Dims don't want to testify. This will further cement Trump's political base even further and attract independents and motivate moderate Democrats to support him.
If they don't impeach, the Senate can start its own investigations and call the witnesses above. Additionally, the Dim base revolts, possibly with violence.
Either way, the information the Dims don't want out, gets out. Q has repeatedly asked us "How do you get information into the public consciousness?" This is what it looks like.
Nothing can stop what's coming, NOTHING.

Are those donations to Schiff or does he have investments in Franklin Templeton and Blackrock funds. There’s a big difference. If it’s just investments, Schiff is among tens of thousands who invest....if it’s donations to his campaign, that’s a different matter.

I am not an expert on these matters, but am very fascinated with events of the neolithic age (starting at the end of the Younger Dryas about 9400 B.C.) which shaped Hebrew thought (and so many other cultures as well) and strongly affects our civilization even today.

Makes the point that Soros did support Schiff against Rogan through MoveOn.org. That is true, whether or not he has a sister who was married to a Soros’ son.
I don’t believe Andrew is in reality going to be “fired”. Note how his “personal secretary”, Amanda, was IMMEDIATELY “re-assigned” to his Pitch charity. I believe this was to ensure the money flow back to him continued uninterrupted.
With all the focus on the Epstein-Prince Andrew relationship, let’s also remember the very close relationship Prince Charles had with his BBF, the late Jimmy Saville, known as the U.K.’s worst pedophile ever. Saville used to brag how he had “run of the palace”. These days, not one word mention of it.
