Yeah, I know youre rolling your eyes another day, another killer asteroid. Youll probably be thinking: This is just paranoid riffraff.
Well it is, really. However, there is actually a dangerous lump of space rock barrelling towards us, and there is a (hilariously) small chance it could wallop our planet.
NASA first discovered the asteroid back in 2009. Over the past decade, the space agencys automated asteroid watching system known as Sentry has been tasked with keeping an eye on it.
Dont worry yourself too much though. NASA place the odds of JF1 actually hitting us at 0.026%, therefore theres more than a 99% chance that it will not. I doubt Paddy Power will let me put a tenner on.

I could have mad, passionate sex with Miss America next week (doubtful though).
Thanks for the pings!
San Francisco might be a good target...more likely an ocean or Siberia for landing zones...
I know, but another one is coming from Rev 8, and it poisons / makes bitter, 1 third of the world’s rivers / artesian wells.
Im thinking this was a sneaky method of discovering how many people have May 6 as their birthday. ;). Yall need to get together! (Also, I feel discriminated against as it is NOT my birthday. Im sure I deserve some sort of reparations).
When I saw this yesterday I just thought how that is my mothers birthday.
She was born within hours of the Hindenburg disaster.
