Q is the result of the sacrifices and commitment of countless patriots to win back our captured country from the Deep State and achieve the transformation President Trump promised in this campaign video. President Trump has said the awakening of the public is key to this transformation.
Q describes this awakening as follows:

"Free thought" is a philosophical viewpoint which holds that positions regarding truth should be formed on the basis of logic, reason, and empiricism, rather than authority, tradition, revelation, or dogma.
When you are awake, you are able to clearly see.
The choice is yours, and yours alone.
Trust and put faith in yourself.
You are not alone and you are not in the minority.

I had two rounds of lithotripsy on the larger one and another round on the smaller. It took two on the first because they can only do 30,000 shockwaves at a time, and that wasn’t enough. That fits with the theories I read about right after the election. I think it’s certainly plausible. But until something is proven, I think the “submission” theory is also plausible, with the “revolution” theory being used as a cover. The fact that Prince went from “investigate this” to cryptic to dark seems significant.
