The university makes big time bank on the backs of these kids work, they set up a system to prevent them from even having a part time job, making them serfs to the NCAA and Mitt was A-okay with that. Give them a chance to make some dough and this puppet is "concerned". Screw him, he's wrong on everything.
One sports radio host here in my local area said the NCAA had no choice in implementing this policy, but that it would also bring about the end of college sports as we know it.

Not the governments business is what another FReeper said. I agree, though I think its a bad move to have ‘professional’ athletes in college. Maybe that horse is already out of the barn, but IMO colleges should be in the business of educating students first and foremost, with extracurriculars being privileges of maintaining competitive grades and being humble/role model students.
