Q is the result of the sacrifices and commitment of countless patriots to win back our captured country from the Deep State and achieve the transformation President Trump promised in this campaign video. President Trump has said the awakening of the public is key to this transformation.
Q describes this awakening as follows:

When ‘non-dogmatic’ information becomes FREE & TRANSPARENT it becomes a threat to those who attempt to control the narrative and/or the stable.
When you are awake, you stand on the outside of the stable (‘group-think’ collective), and have ‘free thought’.
"Free thought" is a philosophical viewpoint which holds that positions regarding truth should be formed on the basis of logic, reason, and empiricism, rather than authority, tradition, revelation, or dogma.
When you are awake, you are able to clearly see.
The choice is yours, and yours alone.
Trust and put faith in yourself.

There was a small company called Oxane Materials that had developed a new frack sand, made of nano-sized ceramic spheres. (When rock is fractured during fracking, frack sand is what holds the pieces of rock apart so that oil and gas can flow freely.) This new frack sand substantially increased the production lifetime of wells where it was used.
Who audits where the money goes?

When oil prices were higher, the company was worth hundreds of millions of dollars. When oil prices declined, due to the success of fracking, the company ran into financial trouble and bankruptcy.
Halliburton purchased the company's IP -- for $2.5M-- and proceeded to bury it. Even though the technology has a huge potential value, to its customers and the country, Halliburton decided to keep it under wraps. They make money from oil well services, so, the more drilling and the more wells, the better for Halliburton. It's not in their financial interest to keep wells producing longer.
You'd think they could find a financial model where they would share in the increased production, but apparently not.
Sigh.

George just discovered his name , finally, and hopes that Dan Scavino and Pres. Trump will invite him to the White House to speak with them about what he knows.

I was reading about Bill Taylor a couple of days ago, can’t remember which twitter person. Is this the Bill Taylor who is a chief diplomat in Ukraine? He thinks Trump pressured Zelenevsky (UK president, prolly spelt it wrong) about Biden investigating and with held $). So if that’s the same Bill Taylor he is not trustworthy. I found lots of stuff about him a few days ago.
Or is it a different Bill Taylor? Not unusual first or last name so there might be more than one.

It’s a different Bill Taylor.
Honestly, I wish POTUS would emphasize how he is working to improve the country and leave impeachment to the professionals. Certainly Trump is baiting the Dems to go more and more extreme - well on their way to running a kangaroo court. But he is not on a desert island with no ships in sight. He is a bit of a legal lightweight and runs the risk of misstatements.
Already the Chinese, for example, are balking at a trade deal due to impeachment and possible removal. Let him spend his energies warning them of harsh consequences if they choose to refuse to face the current trade realities. If the intel DS is going to continue to betray the authority of the president in foreign affairs, let proper legal action against them prevail. He should not spend his time and energies fighting all his enemies battles on their ground.

The two commands want these people in case a requirement for additional Reservists (who would presumably actually go and support these commands) presents itself.
The first part 'REF' are just the underlying applicable directives/law which allows for this action.

The command is tasked with providing military support for non-military authorities in the U.S., and protecting the territory and national interests of the United States within the continental United States, Puerto Rico, Canada, Mexico, The Bahamas, and the air, land and sea approaches to these areas. It is the U.S. military command which, if applicable, would be the primary defender against an invasion of the U.S. continent.
United States Indo-Pacific Command (USINDOPACOM) is one of six geographic combatant commands defined by the Department of Defense's Unified Command Plan (UCP). As a geographic combatant command, USINDOPACOM is in charge of using and integrating United States Army, Navy, Air Force and Marine Corps forces within the USINDOPACOM area of responsibility (AOR) to achieve U.S. national security objectives while protecting national interests. This includes Hawaii and Pacific territories.
The US Military uses a ton of acronyms, if they didn't these interminable instructions/directives would be significantly longer.
