Me too. I'm finding out the better doctors are at the Urgent Care Units. But they won't go into private practice. I'm being somewhat pushed to get another doctor. My doctor left the area. The Urgent Care doctors actually listens to me.

I knew someone who once kayaked on one of our area lakes. The following Monday....same thing...felt terrible, went to ER.

They ran tests that showed encephalitis....the only thing they could figure was that drops of (dirty lake) water, from her paddles were dripping into her canned drink that she was holding (in her lap). She was, unknowingly, drinking the water!!

She was in the hospital for almost a week, but recovered.
