I only pointed out my son because there's a lot of young people heavy for reasons. My son and many other people can't always go by diets. Everyone has a problem with certain foods relating to their own body. I haven't a clue as to what the guy sitting in the rooms problem. So I thank you for your help but a diet isn't the underline problem to many people's weight. There are many areas involved leading to my son's weight. The problematic issues need to be achieved first. And that can be mental and physical. It's not an easy situation for many.
