An image of a man standing on a plane as his supposed wife reclines across three seats has provoked outrage online.
A tweet shared on Thursday by Courtney Lee Johnson, a life coach from Indiana, claimed that an unidentified man had stood in the aisle of the cabin while his wife slept for a full six hours during a long-haul flight.
The scenario has drawn heated criticism from social media users who say the man is 'whipped' and the woman is 'selfish' - while some are questioning the validity of the tweet altogether.

True.
I suspect there must be a physical reason for this photo because as people have pointed out most plane personnel would’t allow it.
Also, why didnt he go sit in an empty seat if there was one. Perhaps he was standing guard over her for some reason
But I'm kind of like that - when I was on a flight from Athens to New York some years ago, a Greek lady with a small baby asked me to hold her baby through sign language - so I did.
Held that baby while she slept and fed her when she woke up all the way to New York. Her mother came and got her just before we landed.
1) Those who jumped to the negative should be ashamed of themselves
2) This man must love his wife very much
3) Couldn’t he sit in one of those 3 seats and let her rest her head on a pillow on his lap?
4) Its nobodys business anyway.
I once flew from CA to PA on a crowded flight. Was seated next to a mother and infant. At her request I held the child for 2 hours while she copped some Zzzzs. She was a poor soul military dependant returning from Japan. I considered it an honor.
Whose business is that other than their own?
My husband would.
Whatever happened to chivalry?
Fine question. Chivalry is the code of both a gentleman and a warrior. Its one of the reasons the Left has worked so hard to destroy it.

Love is defined as ones own happiness being intrinsically bound to the happiness of another. This man seems to understand that and seems to live it.
If there were another gentleman on that plane hed have offered to share his seat. Sadly it appears he was the only gentleman aboard that day.

I agree and if the husband doesnt care than mind yours
Maybe not a horse, but a nag.
Couldnt agree more!!!!!
Husbands, love your wives, just as Christ loved the church and gave himself up for her
26
to make her holy, cleansing [2] her by the washing with water through the word,
27
and to present her to himself as a radiant church, without stain or wrinkle or any other blemish, but holy and blameless.
28
In this same way, husbands ought to love their wives as their own bodies. He who loves his wife loves himself.
29
After all, no one ever hated his own body, but he feeds and cares for it, just as Christ does the church—
30
for we are members of his body.
31
“For this reason a man will leave his father and mother and be united to his wife, and the two will become one flesh.” [3]
32
This is a profound mystery—but I am talking about Christ and the church.
33
However, each one of you also must love his wife as he loves himself
Whats the difference in this and if I drive six hours while my lovely wife sleeps? Happens almost daily(not six hours).
...and to think I had to scroll down to post #24 to see the first proper response to this story.
Nice comment. Thanks.
You’re a miserable person. So bitter.
Where did *you* go to charm school?
“Courtney Lee Johnson, a life coach from Indiana”
Huh?
I am not sure they are married.
Looks to me like a pastor bringing home a sick congregant.
Married people would touch. family members would touch.
But a medicated patient and a person helping to transport her would not touch.
Nobody’s business but his own.
