The birthright citizenship comments by President Trump are being met with the expected outrage by the media and Democrats (same thing, I know). He continues to play them like a cheap fiddle. They’re outraged that he would dare to upend the 14 amendment of the constitution. How dare he!! Who does he think he is, a king??!!!
After being on record defending the constitution, they are forced to show themselves for the hypocrites they are, yet once again, because of... the 2nd amendment.
I’ve noticed that the new words for the media right now are “chaos” and “chaotic.”
It’s their way of trying to cover for Biden.
Both parties play lip service to the Constitution and ignore it when it is inconvenient.

You are right that both parties do it. You are wrong about your example. Obama was born in the US, so a natural born citizen.
We have yet to see a (not) forged birth certificate. I'm 99% certain he was born in Kenya.
His father was a foreign national making him a British subject and Kenyan national at birth, Obama even admitted it on his website.
A natural born citizen is NATURALLY a citizen because they could not be anything else and have only ONE nationality.
Anyone born with split nationalities is PRECISELY who the founders were excluding.

By definition, a natural born American citizen is a person born in the the United States to parents who are both American citizens
Barak Obama claims his father is from Kenya and Barak Obama sr is definitely not an American citizen so Barak Obama jr is not natural born and thus ineligible to be President

For this reason, alligence MUST be to the US.
That is why they wrote in the distinction between Natural born Citizen, and regular Citizenship as bestowed by a Government.
