Met a fellow at Great Clips, had an extra coupon, gave it to him, he was thankful, older man, hat said Vietnam Vet, 5 tours on a ship over there he said.
Said it was his birthday on Monday,the 19th, he was 83, I wished him Happy Belated Birthday, he got tears n his eyes, said his son died day before his birthday was only 49.Told him I was sorry and asked what he died from, he said he didn’t know, coroner in LA had him. He was a driver for celebrities. He was going to find out later when autopsy was done.
So sad.

Just got word a friend we have known for 12, another dog walker at the park died last night. He was one of those characters that you run into in your life. He worked in the gaming industry and knew Harry Reid, hated him, told us lots of stories about that snake Harry. He was 89 and always said he wanted to die after his wife, so she could be taken care of, didn’t happen.

So glad the President and Melania made it safely to France. A different kind of dress she has on. Wonder what the meaning is of this dress.

Am having a bit of energy. Took summer decorations down yesterday. Having a high school girl come by to help me get some cleaning done. Then we’ll start decorating for fall. More cleaning later in week. Playing game of twenty (pick up twenty things and rest twenty minutes — sometimes longer). It’s gets the minimum done when I’m exhausted.
