Facebook Suspended Me Again. This Was Deemed Offensive

I posted the story of Ted Cruz questioning Trumps appointment to the 5th District Appeals Court. The following is exactly what I wrote. FB has now suspended me for the trillionth time ion the last few years.


Please contact your senator and tell them to deny President Trump's nominee for the 5th District Court of Appeals. He needs to listen to Ted Cruz, because Ted is 100% correct here.

The nominee in question is Judge Ozerden. He is currently a District judge who was appointed by George Bush in 2007 to the Southern District of Mississippi.

In 2012, Ozerden hear the complaint of the Catholic Diocese of Biloxi, whose leaders said the contraceptive mandate of Obamacare violated their religious liberty and the deeply held religious belief in the sanctity of human life. He refused to protect Christians from being forced to follow the Obamacare contraceptive mandate.

It’s no longer business as usual with America’s activist judges, so it can no longer be business as usual in choosing America’s judges. We must choose committed pro-life constitutionalist who will fight to set the American judicial ship right, and Judge Ozerden has proven by his record that he will not be that.

In this case the Judge's father was a Muslim immigrant from Turkey. Neither his father nor him has ever renounced their Islamic faith. Islam allows Muslims to lie like dogs to advance Islam.

Trump needs to pull back the nomination of this man, who obviously sided with Obama against the Diocees on Obamacare’s contraceptive mandate.

Trump is a great President, but even the great Ronald Reagan failed to see the warning signs with Sandra Day O’Connor and Anthony Kennedy. In O’Connor’s case, she was appointed by Reagan with the belief she vote to form a majority in overturning Roe vs Wade, she didn’t.

50 million murdered babies later, that nomination looms as probably Reagan’s biggest error in judgement. Trump needs to listen to Ted Cruz and pull this nominees name from consideration for the 5th U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals, which hears cases from Texas, Louisiana and Mississippi.

I’m in the middle of a thirty day sentence in FB jail. Oddly enough I was replying to a comment on a like minded friends post when the new FB filter automatically jailed me for referring to people entering this country illegally as “criminal aliens”.

they banned me for “sharing too fast” in violation of the standards. I asked what was the standard for speed of sharing. They never responded. Am hour later they restored that feature. But the want to ticket me for speeding and don’t tell me what the speed limit is.

What seems naive to me is allowing very nasty Nazi like socialist to have control over a massive communications system which they use to spread nasty vicious hate filled lies against normal decent people.

Somehow it doesn't seem reasonable to me that the answer is to just avoid using their nasty hate filled propaganda spewing system.

It's like the Jews ignoring Hitlers anti-Jewish radio broadcasts. The problem is that other people are hearing these messages of hate, and we have no voice to counteract them.

Not using their propaganda system just allows the public to be swayed by the voices they can hear, and those voices are telling them that Christians are Nazis, and need to be punched and mutilated.

Facebook does not accept that number, nor that characterization that they were murdered, nor the fact that they even were babies. Instead, they banned you for making a statement their secular religion deems heretical (they use the word inflammatory, because their minions have been brainwashed to become inflamed) - so you are on the wrong end of a religious debate.

I am of divided mind on this. I certainly don't participate in Facebook, but allowing them to censor the opinions of those who do is going to eventually become a serious propaganda threat to our lives.

I have long been in favor of forcing all private mass communications companies to comply with the first amendment, or be prohibited by law from serving the public.

My position is that we cannot allow private censorship of speech on a massive scale, because nowadays most communications go through these "private" companies.

To allow it, is to defacto allow public censorship of speech.

Whatever I have to share, I want the world to know I am not ashamed nor in fear of any blowback.

It is a running joke among my friends and followers that I get banished for some of the smallest so call infractions. One time I got a 3 day suspension for say I love Christ and will proudly die for Him.

I have a separate page called A Christians Worldview, and I even get suspended for sharing Christian articles. Many of which I have shared here.

In the last 5 months I have been on sparingly, but now I am posting more again as I am on here more. Thus I am again butting heads with FB, because I refuse to back down.

This suspension took me a bit by surprise because Ted Cruz was just taking Google and others to task for their war on conservatives. So I take it they are fighting back at Ted. Not just me.

I was packing to move from California. I now live in Idaho, and settling into my home my wife and I call, “Our Last Stand”.

I’ve been saying it here for years, and I’ve actually heard a few politicians finally say something close to it within the last year (Nunes for one, but he didn’t seem concise on it), but it seems like almost everyone including our politicians are missing the boat on this one. Especially our politicians.

Laws must be passed to force these digital platforms to choose, and to declare themselves EITHER a “service provider” or a “publisher”.

Service providers will not have the right to censor the communication and content of their USERS unless it explicitly breaks the law. None of this ambiguous and subjective TOS and EULA. They should be bound by law to provide access to all. Similarly, they will not be able to discriminate on who is permitted access and who is removed. Like the telephone company, or an energy utility.

Publishers, while perhaps not generating all of their own content and allowing members and associates to do so, will be permitted editorial, discretionary, and even censorship rights over what is published. However, they will NOT be protected from liability over their content. This is for obvious reasons. If they are permitted editorial control over what is published, they are actually even quite responsible for it. The service providers should get greater legal protection over theirs though.

This is not rocket science. I have no clue why this isn’t law.

Welcome to the club. I have been banned several times and now I am at the end of a 30 day suspension from my comment of several years ago on the military rules of engagement. I questioned who the faggot was that made those rules up. I think some liberal who complained about my posts put me on the Facebook watch list. This year alone I have been suspended about 4 times.
