Q is the result of the sacrifices and commitment of countless patriots to win back our captured country from the Deep State and achieve the transformation President Trump promised in this campaign video. President Trump has said the awakening of the public is key to this transformation.
Q describes this awakening as follows:

Belgian Marc Dutroux claimed that, even besides his wife and van driver, he had not acted alone. He claimed that he was part of a bigger child molestation ring that included businessmen, high-ranking government officials, and even policemen. This claim was backed up by one of his previous abuse victims, who claimed that she’d been taken to parties to have sex with wealthy men, and that Dutroux had been there.
However, the investigation didn’t get very far. Witnesses that had said they’d testify there was a sex ring began turning up dead, and officers on the investigation were suddenly taken off the case. A judge was even taken off the case, and accusations of a cover-up ran rampant. To this day, there is no concrete evidence of the sex ring that Dutroux claimed, but investigators into the case — as well as victims’ families — still suggest that the case was mysteriously hushed.
Dutroux murdered at least one other person. When he was leading police to his various dumping grounds in search of the bodies, he also showed them the body of Bernard Weinstein. He told police that this had been one of his former accomplices whom he had killed for mistreating the girls. He said that Weinstein had failed to feed the girls when he was away, and that he had concealed money from Dutroux, which had lead to an altercation.

What we've 'known all along' is that Trump and his Q team have a PLAN to expose it all and dismantle it and are attempting to do just that as we speak.
Epstein is just one part of it.
