Democrats favor more access to capital for black businesses

Four Democrats vying for their party’s presidential nomination honed in on the economic concerns of the black community during a forum Saturday in South Carolina, a state where nonwhite voters will play a major role in next year’s primary election.

Appearing on stage one at a time, Sens. Cory Booker of New Jersey and Elizabeth Warren of Massachusetts, Mayor Pete Buttigieg of South Bend, Indiana, and former Texas Rep. Beto O’Rourke all stressed the need to increase access to capital for black business owners as part of a broader effort to address wealth inequality.

Warren expounded on what she’s called her tax on “ultra-millionaires,” which she says would fund her education proposals, including student debt cancellation for many and additional funding for historically black colleges and universities. […]

Buttigieg focused on increasing the number of federal government contracts awarded to black-owned businesses, saying this would provide a major boost. […]

Before the forum, O’Rourke, Booker and Buttigieg spent time with striking McDonald’s workers in the Charleston area who want the company to allow its employees to organize. A $15 national minimum wage has become a popular Democratic campaign promise, but the party itself is split over putting it in place. …

So, bankers should just declare themselves minorities, then they would be excempt.
Or,have all borrowers declare themselves.
If we can now choose our gender, our race and our identity by how we feel on any given day, just check the box!

These moron think that if they raise the wages to $15/hour that people who are making $15/hour now or making $20/hour won't ask for a wage?

Also, the striking McDonald's workers are asking McDonald's to raise the wages. Don't these MORONS know that 95% (at least) of McDonald's are franchised? McDonald's can tell their franchisees to raise it, but the franchise owners could tell them to stick it...

In other words, their plan is to have the federal government discriminate (even more). Sorry, but you'll never end discrimination by...discriminating.

This is cultural Marxism. Marxism holds that there are oppressors and the oppressed. There is nothing else. If you have a successful business then you are an oppressor. If you are poor it is because you are oppressed. In cultural Marxism whites are d=generally more successful than blacks so whites are oppressors and blacks are the oppressed, white privilege and all that. If you are black and gay than that is the “intersectionality” of two oppressions. The democRATs play the oppression Olympics game. The “oppressed” are valued and the “oppressors “ should be punished. But, I see that the “oppressed are usually from broken families and have drug and criminal issues. The “oppressors” are mainly honest and reliable. They offer services that their customers want so their income is fairly earned as opposed to robbery. The leftist flip on morality is really disgusting.

Always thought that the phrase “cultural Marxism” was redundant, since Marxism exists to attack and destroy all culture. There is no other goal that an ideology whose dogma demands abolition of family, private property, religion and borders can be in pursuit of.
The Communist revolution is the most radical rupture with traditional property relations; no wonder that its development involved the most radical rupture with traditional ideas.
Therefore, all Marxism is cultural.
In bourgeois society, therefore, the past dominates the present; in Communist society, the present dominates the past. …

Every record has been destroyed or falsified, every book rewritten, every picture has been repainted, every statue and street building has been renamed, every date has been altered. And the process is continuing day by day and minute by minute. History has stopped. Nothing exists except an endless present in which the Party is always right. …
Replace literally everything with this degenerate ideology, especially history, and there is no past to learn from; therefore every error committed by humanity will repeat with more intensity than ever before.

I guess nobody told the RATS that the rate of new black start-up businesses are at a record high under President Trump.

There’s no doubt they know that; hence the move to make them dependent on government instead of independent and liking that independence, thus learning to hate socialism with a passion.

They’re claiming that, even though there are plenty of blacks proving their racist meme wrong.

Exactly! I deal with applications for credit daily, and none have a box to check about what color you are. Therefore, the people (whatever color they are) get the access that they qualify for.
