Cuba Gooding Jr. will turn himself into NYPD on Thursday and will be arrested for allegedly groping a woman -- but on camera he insists he did nothing wrong, and there's hard evidence to prove it.
Sources connected to the Oscar winner tell TMZ ... he plans to surrender Thursday and expects to be booked for a misdemeanor charge of forcible touching. Cuba was in L.A. Tuesday night -- about to board a flight to NYC -- when a photog asked him directly about the groping allegation.
Cuba says the claim he grabbed a woman's breast Sunday night at Magic Hour Rooftop Bar & Lounge in Manhattan ... is absolutely untrue. He says he was there partying with friends, and posed for pics with fans, but says no one was touched inappropriately ... not even by accident.

He’ll do something Oscar worthy, like Radio, and then he’ll be in something like direct to video Daddy Day Care 2...
I understand work is work.. but I just can’t figure his career goals (other than working) out.
Maybe he just doesn’t take himself so seriously, and just wants to have fun doing what he does.
I think it’s just work. I started in on a murder, mystery and i couldn’t hang more than 10 minutes. Terrible. Some of them need to work
I am not saying he has to ONLY do serious acting, and I never criticize someone for working, but he’s more than proved he’s got chops, and could be more selective about what he does... nothing wrong with doing a light comedy... but when you know something is going to be a dog.. .you can wait for another film...
Unless he has some sort of long term so many film deal with a studio or something, some of the turds he’s been just shock me.

I’m skeptical just because my instinct is that 9/10 women would probably be amenable to Cuba copping a feel on them.
Trump was absolutely right when he talked about women letting certain people grab their p's.
A good friend of mine worked on a movie set with Gooding and Ben Affleck. I was surprised he said Affleck was just a normal guy and would talk with anybody, but Cuba was a complete jerk, fwiw.
