Kenneth Copeland defends using three private jets in an Inside Edition interview In 2016 he called flying commercial getting in 'a long tube with demons'
The 82-year-old claims he wasn't talking about the people on planes
But he said watching someone get dragged off a plane made him want to punch
He asked: 'Do you think that's a good environment for a preacher to be?' and said: 'I can't be doing that when I'm getting ready to preach!'
Flying commercial meant 'he could no longer do what I was called to do' and hinted a risk he may lose his luggage was a concern
He defended hanging onto his estimated $760M wealth because he invested $25M in 2018 and says Jewish people 'believe in wealth'
Last year purchased a $3million Gulfstream V private jet from actor Tyler Perry
==============================================================
Televangelist Kenneth Copeland has appeared in a bizarre interview where he defends using three private jets to travel the world after previously claiming he didn't want to fly commercial with 'demons'.
The 82-year-old's chat with Inside Edition features him angrily pointing and staring the interviewer in one of the instances where he flares up after being confronted about his lavish lifestyle.
But at other moments Copeland has a cheerful demeanor and deflects questions by complimenting her on her eyes, praying for her, and even kissing her hand.
Lisa Guerrero caught up with Copeland estimated to be worth $760million in October 2018 after he last year purchased a $3million Gulfstream V private jet from producer and actor Tyler Perry.

When you do a third of what Pat Robertson has done then you can cast the first stone.
The price is possible IF it is worn out, no cockpit updates, and run out engines. But a cheap plane is like a free boat. But the time he replaces engines, and does a few interior and cockpit updates, he would have been better off with a better one anyway.
A classic from In Living Color:

“You wanted Heaven, now reach for it!”
Looks like too much botox to me.
Some words come to mind when considering the man that is Kenneth Copeland: Fraud. False prophet. Wolf in sheep’s clothing. Whitewashed grave.
Crook....................
2nd best day of man's life, bought the boat, best day, sold the boat. :^) He cured the plane with a laying on of hands.
He made a lot of money using the word “God,” taking advantage of people who fall for his nonsense.
Yup,,,
Blab It,
Then Grab It!
Prosperity Gospel.
I have more respect for the street walkers than these perfumed princes and princesses. At least they engage in honest transactions.
Love how you atheists are always so sanctimonious about Christians not being saints. Pat who is a sinner has done more for people around the world than 10,000 atheists.
Have no idea what you are even talking about, but I have a hard time believing he would say adultery was fine. You may be twisting his words.
I’ll let the LORD judge him.
Plenty of people driving stories like this do dishonest and immoral things to get their wealth, and live in $10m homes.
Here’s a guy with a (4? 6? m home) but he’s a world-famous pastor so he’s gotta live like a pauper? Forget it.
I’m a Jew but it’ll be a fine day when America’s spiritual leaders make more money than our damned computerized stockbrokers and the likes of Lehman partners and their lawmaker pals who ROB US of trillions. Trillions.
His “firm” is Eagle Mountain International Church, Inc. ECIM for short—
Google map search for Newark, TX just West of Fort Worth, and you can easily find (by satellite view) the “home” that this clown claims to own (but it is ECIM that owns it, and pays his bills, and maintenance allowance).
Several hundred acres on the lake, with adjacent private airfield named on aviation maps— Kenneth Copeland Airport, and his broadcast studios there at end of runway. A little puzzled— lots of gray squares of some sq. footage all around the area and on the property. Turns out these are Fracking wells that are producing- piped out. A little more research and you learn that the 2% “back in” royalties (as they are called are paid to the “po” minister his-self— EVEN though the wells are owned by the Church by ECIM.
Pays... no taxes for where he lives, get 2% of a good bit of oil back in royalties, plus the salary for his begging bowl. But it gets better— oil depletion allowance puts more money in the church and he gets a piece of that also. He claims the 25K sq foot house on the lake is his (it isn’t) and the property (it isn’t).
But- he, as ex officio Board Member of the BOD of ECIM— has the right of last approval— that is to say- his signature can allow or not allow a Board decision to go through— he overrides their vote— it’s in the By Laws! This guy is one piece of serious greasy fraud crook, and his kids, his wife his everybody are in on the gravy train, and the 3 private jets.
Like the old guy in Del Rio, TX-— Billy Sunday (’blessed CREDIT with... HIM!) and “you can’t lose with the stuff I use.
There is a video of him chumming for jesus with his buddy Jesse DuPlantis where they discuss how essential it is for a “ministry” like their’s to have a private jet. Cause they be global and soooooo important to themselves. Look at them— both look like they could easily have run a body shop, and maybe... did, the hair and all.
[[but hes a world-famous pastor so hes gotta live like a pauper? Forget it.]]
Who the heck said that? I said just the opposite=- I have absolutely nothing against wealthy preachers- they work hard- and deserve to get paid- even handsomely- however- when a preacher’s god becomes money- then that’s another issue altogether- it’s anti-biblical- it exchanges love for God with love for money- The man is a shyster- Shysters aren’t hard to spot- there’s no mystery to it- people are known by their works- Ye shall know them by their works-
God tells US to ‘test the spirits’ to ‘see if they are of Him or not’
Kenneth Copeland is a false teacher and a heretic because:
1. He places himself in the position of God by claiming that he is a god.
2. He claims to have the same creative power as God which he cannot demonstrate at any level.
3. He teaches the same claim that Satan made when he attempted to usurp the place of God.
4. He teaches the same message that Satan presented to Eve in the Garden of Eden.
5. He denies the deity of Jesus Christ.
6. He denies the uniqueness and power of the atonement by stating that he could have substituted for Jesus Christ and accomplished the atonement himself.
7. He gives false prophecies, demonstrating that he is a false prophet according to Deuteronomy 18:22.
And as mentioned already- His god is clearly money- He preaches a false gospel, says heretical things, and loves money in a way that is unGodly- it’s not too hard to figure out he is someone who we should avoid-
For those that say we ‘shouldn’t judge’- that’s just simply not true as the following will show clearly. We are called to judge between right and wrong
https://answersingenesis.org/bible-questions/does-the-bible-tell-christians-to-judge-not/
God tells us not to hang out with fornicators, drunks, angry people etc- obviously in order to determine who is and isn’t, once must observe their works, and make a judgement-
Keneth’s actions and words speak for themselves-
Ill let the LORD judge him....................Me too, but He don’t need My permission!...........These scoundrels that live off the good intentions of the elderly, and usually widows, are despicable parasites....................
He sounds like Jett Rink from “Giant,” if Jett had become a preacher.
I have no idea about all this.
The last man to be called God was the reason Jews and Christans are now separated.
