A 70-year-old Oklahoma man has been arrested after he allegedly drove across three states with his dead wife's corpse sitting in the passenger seat....Rodney and Linda had been married since 2011 and were in the middle of a divorce.

Rodney is currently being held at Penal County Jail on a charge of abandonment or concealment of a body. He didn't abandon her and she wasn't concealed so they need to come up with another charge.

Rodney is currently being held at Penal County Jail on a charge of abandonment or concealment of a body. Abandonment would be impossible to prove since she was right there with him. Concealment would be almost as difficult since she was in plain sight in the front seat and not wrapped in a tarp and strapped to the roof.
Does Arizona really have a county named Penal? Or is it Pima?

He's traded one set of legal problems for another. Although I supposed he is in far less legal doo doo.
