PENN HILLS, Pa. A man who is a driver for a rideshare company, as well as a college professor, is accused of holding two women against their will.
Richard Lomotey, 36, is charged with kidnapping, harassment and false imprisonment. He is free on bail while he awaits a court appearance next week.
According to police, two women who got in his car after calling an Uber escaped his car and were screaming for help.
Lomotey was allegedly supposed to drive the women from Homewood to Penn Hills on Saturday morning but started to drive away from the route.
The victims told police he was making inappropriate comments before he pulled over, locked the doors and said, "you're not going anywhere."

Why would a college professor have to drive for Uber?
I guess its the only way he can pick up women.
Do NOT click on the link as it will reinforce ugly racial stereotypes.
Did the 2 female specimens send him a mix-tape and unsolicited porn?

Not many folks know how little non-tenured professors get paid. It’s usually per course taught, and it’s not much.
As a side note, Pennsylvania is a shall-issue CCW state. It’s lucky for this driver/professor that (evidently) neither of these ladies were armed.
GHANA
Once he made the statements, the girls should have started recording told him that they feel in danger and requested immediate pull over immediately. Then retrieved their weapons to the ready, but still concealed. Called 911.

So is it a driver and a college professor, or a driver who IS a college professor?
(#B seems to be the answer, but this sentence is so poorly written that it’s hard to tell).
“According to police, two women who got in his car after calling an Uber escaped his car and were screaming for help.”
Why would the two women get in the police car after calling an Uber? And did they escape from the police car and were “screaming for help”?
More and more, I see the tell-tale signs of public education in “news reports.”
I was an adjunct professor for five years at the largest community college in Orlando, FL. I taught a computer course, and it was fun, but I barely made minimum wage. So when I got a job offer that paid better from Lexington, KY, that included covering my moving expenses, I accepted, so now I am in Kentucky.

a college professor....I suspect another affirmative hire...
Wow. Maximum loser.
Some Uber drivers have heard stories about single women taking drivers home to have copious amounts of unsafe casual sex simply because the driver asked, thereby curing the woman of a life-long battle with frigidity.
If it weren’t for TV news, where would junior college journalism school dropouts go for work?

Mild Mental Retardation is classified in Western Civilization at about 52 to 69.
Now we all understand the real problem.
