His primary focus over the past 37 years has been healthcare. He was the founder of Bain and Company’s Hospital Consulting Practice in 1985.
Yes, the “Bain and Company” referred to here is the same company which spun off the Bain Capital which was headed by Mitt Romney.
He has written the books, “Maximum Leadership,” articles in the Harvard Business Review, Fortune, In Vivo, and other publications.
According to this web site, he earned his MBA from Harvard Business School. He is a graduate of Princeton University where he received a Bachelor of Arts in History with honors. From 1976-1978, Farkas was ITT International Fellow in Manilla, Phillipines.
That means he started up the Bain and Company’s Hospital Consulting Practice only two years after his time in the Philippines.

That would be right after his ITT fellowship. I have been unable to find what he was doing in the Philippines. Odd place for a librarian. I can ONLY SPECULATE. We know from digs from last summer that the Philippines figures mightily in the derp illegal/human trafficking efforts. I can only wonder if he was involved in helping to set that all up. Again pure and unsubstantiated SPECULATION. What was he doing there that prepped him so strongly for his 37 year career in HEALTHCARE?

The ITT International Fellowship Program is similar to that of the Fullbright program, and was ended in the mid 80s. It was in some ways more prestigious because they gave more money than the Fullbright.

MBA from Harvard Biz? Princeton with History? What happened to Columbia and the quiet Librarian slaving away in the library in Briarcliff Manor since 1968?
And for another thing, Evelyn only mentions a sister on her wiki page. Why doesn't she mention at least the existence of the other two?
Did she grow up in Chappaqua since 1968? And isn’t that the Clinton domicile selected so she could become the New York Carpetbagger Senator? Yes, it is. What a small world! Is any of this even true?

It is his autobiography, and tells of the world on the Danube in Hungary from the time before WWII, until he escapes to the West in the mid 50’s. It sounds fascinating and perhaps one day I might have an opportunity to read it.
He describes Nazi occupation, and later escaping from the Red Army. From the book review:
“In 1947, as political control by the Communists grew, Charles’s father was sent into retirement (at the age of 51 without any pension being paid to him), and his mother, the painter, began working like a farmer’s wife. By the time the farm was put back into order and Charles finished law school the Cold War was underway and the Soviets had fully installed the Communists to run the country.”

I do have some questions here. He is a simple librarian with a law degree…. And yet has devoted his life to “healthcare?”

He escapes the Red Army…. And yet heads up a business organization which has ties to the mother company of Bain Capital, which we have learned tends to be very derpish. Isn't Mitt Romney also dedicated to "Health Care?" Charles Farkas is involved in various capacities with other very derpish organizations as well. He has a daughter who also seems to be working very hard to destroy the freedoms we have in this country along with our Constitution.
What happened to this family which escaped the Red Army, only to seemingly become the Red Army themselves in this nation of their adoption?
Is Evelyn actually a “Red Diaper" baby? She seems to act in the way one would expect of one, if that were the case.
Why the discrepancies in the two bio blurbs I located? They are definitely the same Charles Farkas, so why the disparities? The link where I got the blurb connected to the bio and the Danube book CAME FROM EVELYN’S WIKI PAGE. The other two came from his own bio blurbs in two organizations with which he has dealings.
Again, why is it reported in one place that Charles has four children, yet Evelyn only acknowledges one sister?
Others may know about this stuff better than I do, but I am beginning to wonder just what in those blurbs, and especially the “Danube” bio, could conceivably be true…. And what could be a cover story? If it is a cover story, what is it which is being covered?
Another grim question which arises in my mind is, did Soros’ and Charles Farkas’ paths ever cross in Charles' time in Hungary? It is my understanding they were both living in Hungary during the Nazi occupation, as well as at least some of the subsequent events. However, Hungary is a big place, and that is just an idle speculation. As we will learn later, Evelyn's path seems to have at least indirectly crossed Soros' path. Perhaps an Anon with better skills might be willing to look for such a connection between Charles and George S....at least to rule it out.
It should also be noted that Charles Farkas is around 94 now, if he was born in 1925. Wonder if he is spending his days in the library.

That sounds all warm and fuzzy. But is it?

I would encourage anyone who seeks to preserve this kind of reference information to do so, for there is a great deal of data about some derpish connections and networks available which might not otherwise be noticeable - or possibly available later.
I did mini dives on several of the fellowship winners, and the connections are remarkable. I can see how there is a LOT of low hanging fruit for FReeQs and others to explore here. Evelyn Farkas was a winner in 1993. She was listed as a “Senior Advisor Fletcher,” along with other accomplishments.
I studied the list and learned that quite a number of the winners were also studying at Fletcher. So what is “Fletcher?”

And can promote the ones she chooses. She also has in her credits, “the advisory board for the Harold Rosenthal Fellowship in International Relations”
That means that she went to a derp “international affairs” training school…. And has become a major headhunter to scout out the emerging talent for the derps.

This is a “rinse and repeat” of what we saw with the Harold W. Rosenthal circumstance. We have stumbled across the importance of the Aspen Institute over the past year and 1/2 of Q researching. They are definitely a seriously major organization promoting derps and more importantly, derp ideas.

I don't know about enjoying meds but there is not anything enjoyable about this surgery... hopefully better in the long run. When I came out from under anaesthesia Friday afternoon someone in the OR asked if I know where I am; I said 'Yes, in H3ll.'
Things have gotten better. :^) I am still tired but not as much as yesterday. Today I stopped the opioid and tried Fioricet (butalbital); that has so far seemingly made things better. When I see the surgeon I may ask him to consider the alternative for others.
Gonna close for now. Things are looking up - I think.

In Part One, we learned that Zero Hedge had discovered that Evelyn Farkas had resigned her position in the Obama administration in September 2015. Which led to a very interesting question and point:

Zero Hedge does not give an answer, or if it did, via youtube clip, those have been pulled. Nevertheless, the question is still viable. And by now we can make guesses that it didn’t matter if she was officially IN the administration. She continued to be a voice and a person serving the Agenda, however that could be accomplished.

We notice her CFR membership as a matter of course. It is also easy to find in almost any bio you find on her of her affiliation with the Aspen Socrates Program. (Lots of good stuff there, by the way) She was also selected to be a Harold Rosenthal Fellow, and later an advisor. (More good stuff - see Part Four for more detail on Aspen and Rosenthal).
However, did you also notice one of her credentials is “non-resident fellow at the Atlantic Council,”

Where did we hear of that before???
Ahhhh yes. It was recently when we were exploring a bit of neonrevolt’s very long treatise on UKRAINE and the many things happening there and connected to it.
We learned from neonrevolt that the Atlantic Council is a Soros-backed organization with LOTS of not just skullduggery, but also is a fountainhead of major Skull Diggers.

I truly did not expect to end up here in this dig. Did she play a direct part in advising Joe and Hunter? If she was beating the drum for that false flag war to happen, can we truly believe she did not at least dip in her oar to sort of nudge the Burisma scheme along?

Zero Hedge tells us she resigned in September 2015.

BOOM! - that sort of gives us a strong indication that Evelyn might have been at least aware, if not an advisor, to that whole Burisma scheme. It was her area of responsibility - 2010- Sept 2015. Hunter was appointed to Burisma in 2014. She left the administration to become a Hillary Minion in September 2015.
I really do wonder if we will be hearing about her in the news again sometime. She KNOWS a lot and possibly has done more.
As Zero Hedge asks, if she had left the administration and was working with Hillary, there is no way in heck she should have had official access to the “RUSSIA!!” concerns of the time…. But since that is her area of expertise and was part of the chorus, if not a featured soloist, in the drumming up of a Derp war (false flag) between Russia and the Ukraine, perhaps the likelihood is that she was a Guiding Light, albeit relatively in the background.
Until she opened her mouth with Mika and Joe.
The timing is such that Evelyn could have been involved in putting together Hunter Biden’s involvement in Burisma. She also could have been involved in two capacities: one capacity is her sitting on the Russia/Ukraine desk in the Obama Administration, and the other is in her capacity and connections with ATLANTIC COUNCIL.

I am becoming more and more inclined to think she may be more important to learn about than most are realizing at this moment.
Another thought just popped into my head. Atlantic Council defends child traffickers. We have learned that there is a strong rat line leading to/from the Philippines, which is where Charles cut his teeth before devoting himself to “HEALTHCARE.” I am unable to make a direct accusation about Charles’ Philippine involvement in such things, but I’m raising a VERY RED flag on this dig for both of them, Charles and Evelyn.
Please, will someone depose her? Her story - ALL of it - needs to come out of the Memory Hole, and under oath.
