A young Florida boy called 911 this week and asked the responding officer to be his friend because he was lonely, the Tallahassee Police Department wrote on Facebook.
After explaining to him that 911 is reserved for emergencies, “Officer White said he’d always be a friend!” the department wrote.
The boy also received a stuffed animal from the department, got to sit in a patrol car and spend time with Officer White.

Sad though that he was lonely. Makes me wonder what home is like for him.
It was later learned that “Florida boy” was unrelated to “Florida Man” as “Florida boy” is fatherless.
Poor kid. This is what happens when neighbors don’t know or trust each other, kids have their noses planted firmly in their phones, and nobody has time to run and play.
What we need is a low income program that rewards intact families instead of punishing them. Boys don’t know how to be men because they have no role models

This little guy has not been poisoned by hatred for the police. There is love in his eyes - maybe this episode will keep them that way.
I hope this kid grows up to respect the police and not fall victim to the BLM lies that cops want to murder him for no reason.

The worst thing they did was the way they rewarded single mothers. Married couples split up so their kids could get aid. Welfare should have been a temporary hand when layoffs or troubles hit, instead they made it a way of life and made sure black families paid the price.
We are now living in a world where young men have no role models, they can’t build anything, or fix anything, or grow anything or feed their family by fishing or hunting.
I’m old enough that I remember strong black families. I wish there was a way to fix it.
Exactly. They got paid per kid and they got more if the kids were from different sperm donors. I can’t call them fathers because they are not.

There was a coach on FOX the other day who teaches the young men how to do things like change a tire, tie a tie, maybe we need to put Shop Class back in school.
That’s a fine idea. But - there are all sorts of things you don’t think of.
For instance, the kids on my block were often hungry. Mom fed them processed crap from the “middle aisles” and so I made a habit of having lots of bananas on hand. “Hey, Sh’quan, how’s it going’? How’s school? Wanna banana? It was my thing and I thought it was cool since they always saw ME eating a banana when I walked down the street.
Well... Guess who turned into a “racist” for giving out bananas? After a year or two my across the street crack-addict neighbor (to whom I gave bottles of cheap red wine when she couldn’t come down) finally let me have it about “we monkeys to you, MF?”
In the end it was all too much. Too much street BS, transgenerational BS, public-school and media abetted victim BS, and every other kind of BS. LBJ did what he set out to do... Destroy families and turn Democrat government into Daddy, Mommy, and God.
That’s such a shame. It was really good of you to try though.
