A Pennsylvania man is facing criminal charges after flushing his grandparents' ashes down the toilet.
Thomas Porter Wells, 33, allegedly did the deed after his mother kicked him out of her house because of his drinking habit and marijuana use.
Wells texted his mother later, saying "and soon as you die you'll be going in the same spot where you belong down the (expletive) you (expletive)."
**SNIP**
Wells faces two counts of abuse of a corpse and criminal mischief.

Too many adults these days never seem to grow up. At 33, this man is extremely immature.
Hes a millennial - what do you expect. Hes not happy because the world wouldnt let him be happy and its all their fault!
At least he didn’t smoke them.
That seems to be true all too often.
This is the problem. The crematory should have a place to dispose of them. Most people don't want them.
33 and living with mommy.....
Well, he sure showed her. Please tell me this sad sack doesn’t vote...
Parents need to stop enabling these ‘kids’... grown men... whatever they are...to be eternal teenagers. It’s NOT a favor...
My mother use to tell all of us that the ‘mother birds’ job was to kick the baby birds out of the nest’... She started using that phrase before we became teenagers... it worked.
Abuse of a corpse. Are they kidding. Flushing ashes down the toilet is no more abusive than setting a dead body on fire and cremating it.
#CremationIsWrong
Time travel paradox: If you flush your grandfather down a toilet...
I couldn’t wait to leave home when I turned 18. I don’t get someone wanting to stay dependent on their parents.
Who cares?
He does vote. In every election, probably more than once, Bill. At Democrat Party Headquarters, he has numerous ballots filed out.
Human ashes? = “stuff”, not important.
Human ashes = Idol worship.
“Life” that counts is in the Spirit. You have this life to determine where the spirit goes.
Either Jesus Christ is your Lord and Savior or he’s not.
It’s sort of like “Natural Born Citizen” status.
It’s your status at the time of your birth.
Salvation is your status with Jesus at the time of your death.
Charge against a corpse? How so, it was cremated ashes.
Probably too old at this point to have any sense beat into him.
As for keeping the ashes in the house - not like cat or dog ashes. Why keep them in the house.
To 'level up' in the game we play on this planet all of us have to figure out the challenges set before us. You and I are blessed NOT to have that one trisham... but my guess is we have others...
That was a real crappy thing to do.
If he’d flushed a dead baby down the toilet the Dem party would give him a medal.
