Meghan Markle received stern words from the Queen following a row over egg, a royal author has claimed.
The Duchess of Sussex, 37, travelled to Windsor Castle ahead of her wedding to Prince Harry, 34, last May to test some of the food that was going to be served at the reception.
Author Katie Nicholl told how the former actress had insisted on there being a 'macrobiotic alternative' for some of the Hollywood star guests who follow the diet which derives from Zen Buddhism.
She told Yahoo's Royal Box: '[Meghan] got very upset when she felt that she could taste egg in a dish when she was told there was no egg in there, and she said, "No, I can taste it, I can taste there's egg in this dish."

She even denied her brother was her brother, calling him a ‘distant relative’, just as she referred to her half-sister as ‘my fathers other daughter’. She’s a grifter, spending over a mil on wardrobe while H has been photographed wearing shoes with holes in the soles. It was rumored that she was furious at the Q for not bestowing the ‘princess’ title instead of Duchess. We do know that she defriended the entire RF after being banished to Frogmore cottage ostensibly to ‘promote mental health charities’ except those ‘charities’ are business ventures of her friends, several for-profit, contrary to palace standards. Surprisingly, Invictus, H’s baby, was left off the list. She’s also trying to set up a world brand for her and H in an attempt to outshine the presumptive heir.
Rather than be grateful that the RF welcomed and embraced someone with ‘no family’, she’s doing her best to tear that family asunder. One notable instance was being first at the door for the 50th anniv of Charles’ investiture, a private occasion for Charles and the future king, William, and H&M were expressly not invited. A photo of her standing alone for a split second was used by her publishing friends to manufacture a story that poor tummy clutching M was left neglected in the doorway by the RF. And every time there has been an announcement in the RF, wedding, birthday, etc., she has manufactured a reason to get the attention back on her. Although her job, as the wife of a now minor royal, is to remain in the background providing positive support without being seen - or heard.

I agree and one of the reasons I first started liking President DJ Trump.
I, too had high hopes for Harry but he sure did blow it. ME-again’s baby bump was big back in October so due dates were first supposed to be in Feb. Then it was March. Then it was April. It’s now May. That kid will be old enough to drive by the time he/she/it is birthed.
I suspect the first surrogate reneged and now they’re on to the second or third surrogate which is why this has been the longest gestation in history and why Harry will be off on a trip next week. Also, why she’s staying as far away from a hospital and the royal doctors as she can. All this delaying the announcement could also be to throw off the actual birth date to stop any biological parent from showing up down the road.
