Todays Cryptogram
USLT SD OZSOUZ JXSG M FSSY LNVXF LNZ HVXWLZ LNZ SLNZI DZUUSG TZZT VL DVITL. B.Z. NZYFZT.
Todays CG comes from the Arkansas Democrat Gazette
You can find this little fun word game, to combat early dementia and senility in us baby boomers, in several daily publications, unfortunately they are copyrighted so we can't use them here. So, we're just going to make up our own.
The way it works is a letter stands for another letter. For example: AXYDLBAAXR is LONGFELLOW (does not apply to today's cryptogram).
Beware, the game is very addictive. If this is your first time, don't be intimidated.
PLEASE DO NOT post the answer in general comments, but DO post your time and any tips you might give the group on how you solve these puzzles as puzzle solvers love to hear how you made out.
You can certainly send your solution to my private reply, or if you need a hint for todays Cryptogram.
Solving the puzzle under 8 minutes is good, under 6 very good, under 4 excellent and under 2 "you're a pro!"
Those of you looking for an added challenge can try to solve one sentence or even one word at a time, i.e. solve the entire first line, then go to the second line etc.
If you need a little help you can copy the cryptogram and paste it to Hals Helper below:
You can then work on the puzzle without using pen and paper.
Solution to our last puzzle:
COLOR IS THE KEYBOARD, THE EYES ARE THE HAMMERS, THE SOUL IS THE PIANO WITH MANY STRINGS. WASSILY KANDINSKY
3 minutes but needed internet search for the first initial. Very pithy, very true. Place the E and the most common 3 letter word & the world’s your oyster.
Fast break followed by a dunk this AM...
Almost took longer to figure out the ‘first’ initial than to to the rest of it.....
Good one!
You should always be looking for that third word with the ABCADB sequence.
3 min. Experience from these puzzles let me solve 3rd word right away. Thanks
I actually started with the XYYX pattern. Single letter words and words with double letters usually help me.

I apologize for the irregular posting, but its here, the BONUS puzzle, where, unlike nikos puzzle, its ok to post the answer, but only in pic, gif, or meme form. The puzzle is a funny quote from a movie, comedian, or other entertainer and its purpose is to make you chuckle more than be a real challenge, though today may be a little more challenging as its short.
Its a race with winners for first post and honorable mentions for most creative replies. Reply must be a pic, gif, or meme proving you solved it.
Im off on vacation to a remote island for a few weeks and probably wont have computer access, nor want it, so have fun with this and Ill continue the BONUS puzzle postings when I return.
Ok, here it is. Ready, set, GO!

Hint, keep your replies G rated. LOL. Have fun.
4 min.
Easy as 1-2-3
Two minutes to solve CG.
One minute to figure out the first initial.
Three minutes to search the webs if I had the correct author... learned a bit about gardening on the first search.
My chickens act according to this quote.
Fishing sounds great, but you’ll have to negotiate the rest with Mrs Magnum. ;)
I’m at the lake right now.
I’m guessing that Mrs. Magnum is a difficult negotiator.
