Title: 'A wall is not going to fix this': Cindy McCain says Trump's pet project won't curtail human trafficking
Cindy McCain, the widow of GOP Sen. John McCain, on Friday slammed the idea of a wall to curtail human trafficking at the southern border, which President Donald Trump has repeatedly cited as a problem in an attempt to build support for his long-promised barrier.

In her NBC News interview on Friday, McCain also lamented the lack of civility in Washington and said that her husband, who died last August, would have wanted lawmakers to debate one another on the issues but work together on a bipartisan basis.

BTW, does that imply that "we don't say his name" was involved in trafficking, too?
Askin' for a fren.
Why doesn’t this nitwit realize that no one cars what she says about anything? What an absolute worthless mess. As to her father, the seditious, traitorous bum is roasting well, thank you.
In re: post #20. Place your bets. How long before Cindy is forced to apologize for acknowledgeing that human trafficking is taking place. If she hasn’t already
I truthfully don’t want to read the article, but is she saying that she is in favor of machine gun nests and control towers along a fence line instead? I could get behind that as it is a Job Creator.
As a ‘retired’ American in Germany...I’m supposed to carry the visa card and passport at all times (even if I’m walking over to the local pub for a beer). If you want to conduct any kind of official business (opening an bank account, buying a car, etc), you either show the national ID card or a passport.
Weird.
I don’t recall asking for her opinion.
Opinions are like McCains - everybody has one. Any McCain has two...
“Human trafficking is the trade of humans for the purpose of forced labour, sexual slavery, or commercial sexual exploitation for the trafficker or others.”

Shut your damned globalist trap!
If a McCain is against it, it must be good for America.
By itself, no. Walls are tools; they must be used. They must be defended. The wall isn't the solution, it's part of the solution.
“...this is a multi-layer solution, and the wall simply represents the first of a dozen-odd steps that will have to take place over the next decade.”
That’s exactly right. “Build the wall!.” is a popular chant, but not the total solution. We understand that. Cindy McCain and the rest of the idiots either don’t want to admit to what you said above, or are just too dumb to realize the wall is part of a multi-prong effort. I’d personally prefer snipers be placed every half mile and told to repel invaders.
Cindy McCain locks her doors and windows at night just like we all do. That doesn’t solve the problems of burglary and home invasion, but it is the first and most important step that all others complement and reinforce. It is dishonest to argue otherwise, and those who do are part of an “inside job” to leave the doors open at night for the invaders.
curtail:
“reduce in extent or quantity”
Bing
Cindy and the rest of the McCainlets should be behind a wall.
All the McCain’s are Morons and they all hate President Trump
and America. I’m rather glad we don’t have that Treasonous Senator in Arizona anymore as well.
McCain on the wall - its imperfect and therefore should not be attempted.
McCain on Obamacare - its imperfect and therefore must be preserved.
Have another donut, lard ass
President Donald J. Trump sure does know how to smoke out their hidden agendas. It's fun to watch.
So, Bitter Cindy, if we can’t stop everything at once 100%, are you saying that we shouldn’t try to stop anything at all?
