Thanks to AOC accidents like this will not happen in NYC
“after a robot accidentally tore”
Accidently, huh?
That will come out of there pay-checks plus their credit at the company store will be cut.
The robot will get more oil and maintenance.
Great, now every can of bear spray is going to have to carry a warning stating “Not intended for indoor use”.
The robot was hospitalized?\
Is that covered under ZeroCare?
Was that wrong? Should I not have done that? I tell you, I gotta plead ignorance on this thing, because if anyone had said anything to me at all when I first started here that that sort of thing is frowned upon... you know, cause I've worked in a lot of offices, and I tell you, people do that all the time.
The article was from December, before Christmas. I remember when it happened. The robot squeezed too hard.
At least the robot didn’t drive a car down the aisles taking out workers.
Again ? The Robots are up to something
Wow, Amazon really prepared their robots for anything, including bear attacks.
Based on the headline:
1) I didn’t know they had hospitals for Robots.
2) Sounds like low class trash, crowding up the waiting room with 24 people while the robot got treated.
3) I didn’t know bear spray worked on robots.
“Accidentally”.
Yeah sure.
This happened nearly 6 months ago, and was posted on FR at the time.
“All of the workers were expected to be released from the hospital within 24 hours...”
NJ weak t!ts? LOL!
When *I* was a kid, we’d spray Bear Spray on our TOAST in the mornings, choke it down on our 5-mile hike to school...
...and we LIKED it! ;)
Can’t smell too much worse than New Jersey already does.
Should have invited Robot to karaoke night.
The $64,000 Question
If Amazon workers must piss in a bottle,
where do Amazon bears piss?
Going to the hospital was probably their first break all day.
Are those Amazon warehouse’s as bad as I hear? There is a huge one about four miles down the road across from Costco in Eastvale CA There must be 300 cars in their parking lot if not more.
