During a sham stimulation, the older group was less accurate than the younger participants. But during and after 25 minutes of real brain stimulation, they did as well. The improvement lasted for at least another 50 minutes after the stimulation ended, at which point the researchers stopped testing. It’s not clear how long the benefit reached beyond that, Reinhart said, but previous research suggests it might go for five hours or more after stimulation stops.
Researchers got the same result with a second group of 28 subjects over age 62.

My area of research is the interaction between the physical brain and human consciousness. Thus, I follow all the neuroscience research in this area. In addition, I attend the American Psychiatric Association Annual Conference, several neuroscience conferences and many clinical research conferences every year.
The key to all of this is brainwave frequencies. It is how all the mystics in all religions are able to perform the miracles attributed to them.
The ECT and TMS electrical stimulation merely temporarily stimulates the action potential firing rate of the pyramidal neurons in the cortex, amygdala and hippocampus, facilitating or inhibiting communication with the greater consciousness of our soul which extends far beyond the physical body.
Religion comes into this as Love is the energy that brings the masculine and feminine consciousness together in wholeness which stabilizes the soul or consciousness facilitating it to reach higher frequencies. Sin is any obstacle to Love in the soul that creates a disconnect. Sin prohibits the soul from reaching the higher frequencies.
Consciousness itself becomes a physical object to the perception of a person functioning at the higher frequencies of consciousness. This is how the mystics knew the thoughts of everyone around them.

Consciousness or the soul exists even without a physical body.
I have often wondered where the soul came from that occupies cloned animals. Was Dolly the sheep, the first cloned animal a soul that had left a deceased body previously and that is why she prematurely aged? I make no claim to any answer. I just ponder such questions.
Although I do not advertise or seek to do the work, for many years people call me to remove ghosts or earthbound spirits from their homes. They are merely souls that left their physical bodies and did not go to the Light. I help them go home. I do the same with people who are dying, merely guiding them as they leave their physical body to move upward.

I saw a cap of some sorts, with electric stimulation kinda like a tens unit on TV this evening. I’m way over 60 and use Sudoku to stimulate my brain.
I've done it many times, even in the Offical Grunt Microwaver.
The grapes are fun but burned out old-style incandescent bulbs are better, you can start with a new bulb and the filament will self destruct, then the show begins!
Do not let it go too long, the bulb cannot take the heat and shatters, then you need to clean the mess.

I was there at his home about a year or so ago. It’s a beautiful place. Hemingway surely was quite the character. He was a master storyteller and adventurer.
