I would love to be 30 again instead of 50 and beat the hell out of some of these folks.
The mind still rages at them but the body can’t back it up!!
That’s what my nephews are for :)
At the gym I go to (Planet Fitness, nothing special) I’ve seen some dudes in their 50’s who look like they could kick some ass.
Love the angry fake Indian with the pipe looking to cash in.
Personally, he would have eaten that pipe had he hit me with it. The cameraman showed incredible restraint.

I DISTINCTLY remember being about 14 and seeing this maybe 60ish guy in a car arguing with a teen driver.
He had to drive away because the teen was looking for a fight.
I said to myself, I’ll never be at an age where I have to back down.
I was wrong :(
Yea, Little Feat sang about ‘the mind makin promises the body can’t keep’ in “Old Folks Boogie”.
Like I said, it sucks.
I get angry and talk like I’m still even 35 and can back it up.
Even at 37 I hopped a 5 foot fence to get my cat like it was nothing. And I was a big guy! But strong as a bull.
Now i’m just fat and middle aged :(
I’m 50 and I’m stronger right now than at any time in my life. I never took weightlifting seriously until I had a major knee injury in 2013. I was fat, had high blood pressure, and my Dr said I needed to quit drinking or die. This includes my 20+ years in the military. Yeah, I barely passed the PT run my entire career. Find a trainer that will walk you through baby steps. It took me 3 years to get where I am now because of the atrophy after my injury. The time to start is yesterday. It only gets harder the more you put it off.

Ah yes, the Democratic party. They are the epitome of hypocrisy. They like to talk about being tolerant and “spreading love” like the Jussie Smollett starter kit guy with the rainbow flag said, but they are full of hate. It really is no wonder our country is in danger of going to third world shithole status. The guy with the flute/lute (whatever it was) needed to have it stuck somewhere so every time he passed gas, he would send out a B flat. These people are demonic.

Good news is 2 of my nephews are built like gorillas and love to screw around with liberals when they protest :)
