Not mine. I hit sixty in August. But I like the sentiment.
Like I said, it sucks.
I get angry and talk like I’m still even 35 and can back it up.
Even at 37 I hopped a 5 foot fence to get my cat like it was nothing. And I was a big guy! But strong as a bull.
Now i’m just fat and middle aged :(

With a finely tuned mind. Imagine if you had this temperance during youth. Pick your battles bro. You are and will remain useful.
You would be surprised what you can get back if you work at it. Last fall I was carrying railroad ties (one at a time)around the yard (they needed moving). I go up steps three at a time (too lazy to do the 4 like I used to). I’m 72
I turned 50 2 Sunday’s ago.
