Q is the result of the sacrifices and commitment of countless patriots to win back our captured country from the Deep State and achieve the transformation President Trump promised in this campaign video. President Trump has said the awakening of the public is key to this transformation.
Q describes this transformation as follows:

"Free thought" is a philosophical viewpoint which holds that positions regarding truth should be formed on the basis of logic, reason, and empiricism, rather than authority, tradition, revelation, or dogma.
When you are awake, you are able to clearly see.
The choice is yours, and yours alone.
Trust and put faith in yourself.
You are not alone and you are not in the minority.

Now that i come to think about it, the Prime Minister is elected the same way. The public choose the party to be in power. The members of parliament vote for who are to be the department heads (cabinet members) and who is to be the PM.

Interesting that French terms are used for naval distress calls since the Crown’s navy has always ruled the seas, but I guess it’s as you say, English and French got a bit mashed together for a few hundred years.
My buddies and I have a term we use on the golf course for a player who hacks it up from tee to green and then jars a long putt to save bogey or even sometimes better. We call it "Whipped Cream on Sh*t".
