Avocado toast is really terrific. A good crusty whole grain bread, mashed avocado, some crunch coarse grain sea salt. Yum.

We’ve got a coffee house here in Coeur d’Alene called “The Vault” (old bank building) that has outstanding avocado toast.

During college, I had a Summer job in a warehouse for retailer that among other stuff, sold small appliances.

So, all the small appliances - GE/B&D, Procter-Silex, Sunbeam, etc., generally came in avocado, harvest gold, and some marketing variation on white. Hobart/Kitchen Aid used "platinum", iirc.
