There isn’t an unwillingness to fight on this thread; hard won experience has proven time and time again it doesn’t work. One thread devolved into hand to hand combat and became completely unreadable - I posted a new thread within 24 hrs.
They are not destroyed by logic or will because they don’t need to “win” any argument - they just need to fill the thread with provoking content and angry replies so that others can’t or won’t keep trying to read about Q.
Trolls often post the same questions over and over, after countless excellent replies, like a child who responds to every adult comment with the question, “Why?” In those instances, adding a good response to their questions to the FAQ table in post #2 of our threads has brought good results; we can point anyone who asks to the post without engaging them.
Personally, I think two of the trolls talking to each other last night on our thread were one troll using two separate accounts (YMMV). Why invest in fakes?
Thank you for being willing to make the sacrifice, but as you did ask, I request that you not contend with them. They lose when we stay focused on The Storm and when we stay together.
Silence and, sometimes, adding answers to their “favorite” questions to the FAQ table have had the best impact.

Sad that you see Q thread as a “mbattlefield” I believe it to be a source of great information and camaraderie. I hate wasting time going through so many back and forth posts with paid trolls not fit to share space with Freepers.
Ok. I looked through the thread. What is a DJ?
I went back and checked and there are a lot of posts that have been removed in the first 200 posts. Don’t know who they were from, but one was one of mine, a little ditty that I made for our most persistent troll of the night. I think that’s wrong. All of the troll posts should have been removed, within minutes after they posted. We were promised that we would be allowed to have this thread free from disruptors. When we respond to the disruptors, because the admins don’t, that is not part of the problem that needs to be removed. It is part of the levity that we are entitled to for putting up with them.
