I was wondering. Foreign and Domestic sounds very likely.
Since the Electoral College is from the Constitution, I seriously doubt these pissant governors can just do this on their own.

I think the other thing that has them panicking about the electoral college is the next census.
As I have read, several blue states stand to lose Representatives in Congress. Red states will hold or gain.
Talk about squeeling like stuck pigs (or jackasses)! That’s why they’re suing to get the “citizenship” question off the census...
I did read the other day that K. Harris’ father basically is distancing himself from her and very disgusted with her, for identity politics, and misrepresenting her Jamaican heritage. Now this:

And recently there was a decision - SCOTUS? that said it was constitutional to add keep the citizen question on the census. Fewer citizens - fewer reps - and with voter ID, fewer illegal voters. Lose lose for them win win for real Americans.

I was wrong, SCOTUS doesn’t appear to have weighed in yet.

States, cities and immigration groups sued to prevent the Trump administration from asking over fears immigrants would be reluctant to respond.
