In a series of tweets, Trump chastised Democrats for dismissing his plan, and attempted to assuage immigration hard-liners who likened the administration's latest proposal to amnesty for immigrants already in the country illegally.
"No, Amnesty is not a part of my offer," Trump tweeted. "It is a 3 year extension of DACA. Amnesty will be used only on a much bigger deal, whether on immigration or something else. Likewise there will be no big push to remove the 11,000,000 plus people who are here illegally-but be careful Nancy!"

In the minds of the illogicals and irrationals, every thing is amnesty short of rounding up 30 million illegals, arrest them, process them in a court, and deport them with airfare paid by tax payers.
What they overlook is that with already $22 Trillion in debt, the gov’t has nowhere enough money to hire more security workers to do the job.
I see nothing wrong in keeping productive illegals by giving them a temporary work visa. That makes them legal and temporary and better yet the gov’t knows who they are and where do they work and where do they live. That is what Singapore does and there are no significant number of illegals there. Must be a sane policy because Singapore is the richest country in the world based on number of millionaire citizens based on population size.
We lost the rule of law when the Clintons and their crime cartel were allowed to walk for their crimes. The rule of law ship sailed long ago.

Like what is that mean?
We know the opposition he is facing, and we know he isnt DICTATOR. We also see that he stays on offense in the face of this, and we are going to give him the room to keep pushing using his best judgement because he is taking the bombs on our behalf far more resolutely than any of the windbags on our side could ever have.
Now compare that to the numbskulls that think he has 2/3rds of congress, full dictatorial powers, and no judiciary, and can just do whatever, while they have nothing to offer but digital kudos if he tries, but otherwise they arent going to do much more than hang-back and start mouthing-off if some unimportant aspect isnt PRECISELY the way they would do it.
You guys want to show how much better you are, then put on a yellow vest like a Frenchmen, and start showing that you folks have more to offer than ankle-biting online.
How do we deport their parents, uncles, aunts, cousin, etc. if we let the DACA stay?
A better solution is e-verify for new job applicants and existing workers and fine the employers.
You will be shocked how quickly the illegals will self-deport.

He just wanted the issue to string along supporters.

Unfortunately the US Army has no stomach or desire for this. A lot of its so-called leadership are managerial types, milicrats, bureaucrats in uniform. These people just want to continue maneuvering around in the complex, dysfunctional, mindlessly bureaucratic culture of Big Army. A real big war or a big unplanned crisis action is just what these people don't want and can't handle. I saw this myself after 9/11.
If the Army leadership doesn't want to do something if they can't shut it down they will slow roll it or engage in malicious obedience to sabotage the operation. That is how the Army sunk the US anti-drug deployment in Peru. Do it very, very slowly. Show up with the wrong forces to execute the mission. Make it clear to those deployed they are NOT repeat NOT to execute the mission effectively and will only use force if they are under major attack and the force used must be ‘proportionate’.
DJT doesn't need this fight with the milicrat generals just now. I can only hope he understands what is up and finds a Secdef like Rumsfeld who really scared the milicrats and would take none of their silly sh*t when he directed something be done. That was what all that hot air about Rumsfeld ‘disrespecting heroes in uniform’ came from.
