New York City Mayor Bill de Blasio announced Tuesday that all residents, regardless of citizenship status or ability to pay, will be guaranteed comprehensive health care. The recently re-elected Democratic mayor of the country's largest city announced on MSNBC Tuesday the government will pay for any and all resident's comprehensive care, including those who aren't eligible to receive comprehensive Medicaid coverage. The city's more than 600,000 uninsured residents, including its more than 300,000 undocumented residents, are included in this de Blasio guarantee.

Don’t they need some kind of legal mechanism to do this or does he just issue directives? My guess is the progrom does not pay for anyone who should have insurance or is already on Medicaid. So who would that be: got it abla espanola or what sub Saharan country are you from.
Yep. It's a terrible misjudgement to assume we're dealing with people who can't do math.
The good news is that it will lure illegals from all over the country into NYC.

So why is de Blasio always whining he has no money to help fix the subway? But the subway is used by lots of middle class people to get to work. Yawn. No glamor in that.
Now free health care for illegals? Wow. Yippee. Lots of press coverage and liberal fawning. Way to go, man.
Of course, what they’ll get is Cracker Jack®-box level medical care. But hey, they “care.”
600,000 sounds like a low number of uninsured to me. No taxes bring raised? Maybe in 2019, 2020 look out. I doubt this will be successful. That woman in San Francisco was changed 200k for broken leg and concussion. How many will see the same charged to NYC?
So, if I get sick, hop a flight to New York City and go see a doctor or the ER on their dime. Okay with me and likely cheaper than the policy we lost here in Nevada.
