If you get an aircraft tail number you can Google it And get info about who it is registered to but it is usually listed to a corporation or trust and not an individual. Additionally most aircraft owners charter the aircraft to offset the costs of depreciation, hanger space, maintenance, pilot salaries etc.
So say an aircraft owner in N.Y. wants to travel to Florida for a week, the plane takes the owner to Florida then flies back to N.Y. Empty to fulfill its charter obligations during the week then it flies to Florida empty to pick up the owner a week later. So without actually seeing the flight logs it’s pretty tough to tell who is actually on the aircraft
And even if the owner isn’t using it, it is probably still flying charter cliemts around.

A photo exclusively obtained by NBC News shows the results of the test after military and Border Patrol personnel were instructed to attempt to destroy the barriers with common tools.
The Trump administration directed the construction of eight steel and concrete prototype walls that were built in Otay Mesa, California, just across the border from Tijuana, Mexico. Trump inspected the prototypes in March 2018. He has now settled on a steel slat, or steel bollard, design for the proposed border barrier additions. Steel bollard fencing has been used under previous administrations.

However, testing by DHS in late 2017 showed all eight prototypes, including the steel slats, were vulnerable to breaching, according to an internal February 2018 U.S. Customs and Border Protection report.

I believe no Wall of any type can be erected, but then abandoned and left unmanned.
A Wall of concrete or steel is a mighty deterrent and beats the whey out of an open and unmanned border.
If crickets can drive people deaf and mad in Cuba, I suspect a myriad of signals, even top secret ones, can serve as EYES for every inch of The Wall, as well as additional effective deterrents to invasion The Wall may provide.
When in doubt, mine the place. Then, we can nap until we hear a BOOM which signals the undertaker. :D
I'd still prefer to see a rather thick concrete wall--particularly in most needed areas. Perhaps a 2-3' thick wall--perhaps with a couple of spaced-apart titanium reinforcing mesh internally. I realize that would be very expensive. But in some key areas, it might well be worth it.
I realize that a strong wall greatly slowing down the illegals sufficiently to allow border personnel to arrive quickly is essential.
POTUS in his off the cuff press conf prior to going to the border notes that any wall can be penetrated--even concrete (e.g. with acid).
I'm glad he's on top of it. He'll pick the wisest choice.
