I thought I heard on TV this AM that the Senate had voted to suspend the rules. That’s another parliamentary way around the filibuster/cloture rule maybe?

President Trump needs to sit the Cabinet down like “Dave” did in the movie to save funding for homeless children. Each Cabinet member gave up some funding to achieve the greater good. $5B is nothing in a budget of $1.4Trillion. Cut back on UN Donations-there is an easy $2.0B there.
