Will the SDNY investigate this criminal behavior?

Since when is behavior that makes some snowflake “uncomfortable” actionable?

This garbage needs to stop. Next thing you know, men will be fined for looking at pretty women.

$9.2 million is a lot, which is good, b/c her career is over.

The casting couch is not dead — it has just gone underground.

Some naive comments on here.

“On January 13, 2018, Dushku published, on Facebook, an account of her sexual molestation at the hand of stunt coordinator Joel Kramer when she was 12 and working on True Lies. According to Dushku, Kramer groomed her with flattery and special attention until, one day, he lured her to his Miami hotel room, took off all his clothes, lay Dushku on the bed, and rubbed himself against her (dressed) until he ejaculated. Kramer was 36 at the time of the alleged encounter. Dushku claims that soon after, an adult friend of Dushku confronted Kramer on set, and that the same day, Dushku was injured during a stunt and several of her ribs were broken; She says Kramer was responsible for her safety.”

She played the daughter who got kidnapped . . . that final scene atop the Miami skyscraper is one of the greatest action scenes I’ve ever seen.

“The network agreed this year to pay Dushku a confidential settlement of $9.5 million, roughly the amount she would have earned as a series regular.”

Isn't sexual harassment in the workplace against federal law?

And isn't action (secret cash payments) by several people to cover up violation of federal law a violation of federal law? If not, shouldn't a federal judge pass a ruling that it is against federal law?

My point: Isn't impeachment and prison the right thing for the network executives?

I wonder what she'll do now that her acting career is finished. The bigger question is, if true, why did she stay in Hollywood?

I have a hard time understanding how any actress or model — who regularly poses in skimpy clothed or nude photos — can even remotely turn around and claim sexual harassment when someone makes lewd comments. Couldn’t it be considered sexual harassment to flaunt yourself half-clothed in front of men?

Why, she looks pure as the driven snow.

Now, who would want to tell a dirty joke around that virginal looking nun.

Suddenly, boorish behavior becomes HARRASSMENT.

I hope the hateful CBS gets its money back.

I could take her more seriously had she not let the paparazzi repeatedly catch her in below-the-belt wardrobe failures.

Wow.....if this happened in the private sector, I’d be a billionaire. Actually, I wouldn’t because I just handled the issues myself.

If only I had known I could have sued Knottt’s over all the vulgar comments and rude suggestions from the college age waitresses to me when I was sixteen years old. Instead I just took it for what it was, playfull interaction between coworkers that no one got into a hissy fit over, no matter it was from the girls to guys or guys to girls.

Someone please invent a time machine so I can go back to the America I love!

The issue is really about her being cut from the role

His comments that offended her were her path to cash for that
