Isn't sexual harassment in the workplace against federal law?

And isn't action (secret cash payments) by several people to cover up violation of federal law a violation of federal law? If not, shouldn't a federal judge pass a ruling that it is against federal law?

My point: Isn't impeachment and prison the right thing for the network executives?

No, payment to keep people quiet is not against the law. Happens all the time and is usually covered by an NDA.
